He didn't back down and died a martyr.<br />The Lost Wife by Alyson Richman...think 'The Notebook' set up in pre-war Europe...really good historical fiction love story!<br />Also 'The Seven Levels of Intimacy' by Matthew Kelly. Not realistic.<br />I did like this book though. In fact, I purchased it recently to read it before seeing the movie and realized two pages in I had already read it! Lol.<br />Right now I'm working on Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers (for the 3rd time). It's such a great reminder of selfless love (it's a realistic love story). I'm also working on The Art of Loving by Erich Fromm. Really good.
